The AutoScheduler function provides a fast and efficient method of scheduling large numbers of orders with minimum user intervention. The production planner sets the overall priority of each order and then AutoScheduler loads the planning board in the most efficient manner.
PECAS Vision scheduling automatically takes into account the capabilities of your plant equipment and the status of all critical path resources such as film, artwork and die-forms, to ensure that the most efficient route is selected for every job. Your planner can try different scenarios and store and retrieve results as desired before publishing the schedule to the plant.
The system's Production Scheduling dynamically integrates into its Order Handling, Materials, and Shop Floor Data Collection capabilities, so when a production order is raised, the routing for the order, including the make-ready and run times of each operation, is created automatically from the information held in the estimating module.
