
David Taylor is responsible for all global strategy, communications and business development of Radius Solutions. He brings more than 18 years of professional and managerial experience in software applications and the packaging and printing industry.
Mr. Taylor is an active contributor in many industry associations, including the Paperboard Packaging Council (PPC), Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) and Flexible Packaging Association (FPA). Mr. Taylor has been quoted in a number of publications such as Flexible Packaging, PackagePrinting, Paperboard Packaging, Flexo and Folding Carton Industry Magazines.

Lawrence Bland is responsible for all financial, human capital and administrative operations of Radius Solutions. His focus includes optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring business control, and cultivating workforce and work environment excellence at Radius Solutions.
Over the last 20 years Mr. Bland has operated in a number of Senior Management roles at Radius Solutions including Group Financial Director (CFO) of Radius plc. -- a publicly traded corporation on the UK stock exchange.
Mr. Bland has a degree in finance, is a chartered accountant and has an MBA from Cranfield University.

Paul Bengtson is responsible for leading Radius Solutions' sales in the North America operation through a customer-focused approach and new account acquisition. Mr. Bengtson joined Radius Solutions in 2006, and brings more than 13 years of software sales and management experience in the packaging and print industry.
Before joining Radius Solutions, Mr. Bengtson was Vice President of Strategic Accounts with Artwork Systems North America. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in project leadership and database development roles for Ace Hardware Corporation. Paul's extensive industry knowledge combined with his technical background gives him a unique and insightful understanding of his customers' needs and capabilities.
Mr. Bengtson has a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa and an MBA with MIS emphasis from Benedictine University.

Stan Usry is responsible for directing Radius Solutions' sales in the North America operation through a customer-focused approach and new account acquisition. Mr. Usry brings more than 20 years of software sales and management experience in the packaging and print industry.
Prior to joining Radius, Mr. Usry co-founded Concord Business Systems in 1986. Concord was the developer of the "CMS" Converting Management System, and Microsoft Axapta for Converting applications, focused on the flexible packaging industry. As their CEO, Mr. Usry oversaw all aspects of the business and managed them though their acquisition by Tectura in 2004. During his career, he has worked with hundreds of packaging companies all around the world.

Glyn Slack is responsible for all new business development presentations and subsequent system configurations. Mr. Slack joined Radius Solutions in 1990 as a Pre-Sales Consultant and was a "founding father" of Radius in North America. Since that time, Mr. Slack has been actively involved in the majority of new account acquisitions. He also represents North America, in the global development of PECAS Vision and has served in the role of project manager. Prior to joining Radius, Mr. Slack had 13 years of experience in an accounting background, specializing in Cost Accounting and Business Process Re-engineering.

John Erickson is responsible for all projects and consulting staff, including; software implementations, upgrades, training, and ongoing consulting support for North American customers.
John joined Radius Solutions in 2003 as a Senior Project Manager, before assuming his current role at the company in 2005. Prior to Radius Solutions, John spent over 20 years in the software and consulting industries, including project management positions with JD Edwards, SSA, Coopers & Lybrand, and Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Erickson holds BA from Western Michigan University and an MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.

Kevin Blakey is responsible for Radius Solutions operations in Europe, including all professional services, Account Management and software development.
Kevin joined Radius Solutions in 1998 as a Consultant and has led projects for Radius Solutions in North America, Europe and Asia. Before joining Radius Solutions, he worked in production management and IT management roles in several printing and packaging companies. Kevin has over 20 years of IT, Solutions and Printing and Packaging industry experience.
He holds an HND in Printing from Nottingham Trent University in England and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Leicester University

Gill Mergl is responsible for all customer developments projects and programming including; scheduling of software development, problem resolution and upgrades for the North American Operations of Radius Solutions.
Ms. Mergl joined Radius Solutions in 1997 and has held senior management roles in both operations and projects. She was instrumental in the evolution of the software development and support group for the North American Market.
Prior to joining Radius Solutions, Ms. Mergl was the Vice President of a systems integration company where she was responsible for solutions, consultancy and development for clients including leading printing companies and major retail chains in the UK and Europe. Ms. Mergl has a background in software development and has worked in a number of software and project management roles in telecommunications and print-related companies in the UK and US including Crosfield Electronics.
Ms. Mergl holds a BSc from Nottingham University in the UK.

Paul Devonald is responsible for the global development, technology, industry specific solutions and development groups for the PECAS Vision application. As such he is responsible to ensure that PECAS Vision provides the leading benefits, technology, and functionality for its served markets.
Prior to his software industry experience, Paul held management roles in the Printing and Packaging industry working with journal and book printing, binding, folding cartons and flexible packaging manufacturing. His experience includes; production management, MRP (Materials Resource Planning), warehousing, outsourcing, shipping, plate making and IT management.
Paul has a degree in Management Studies.
